BILL TO ACCOUNT REFUSED TO PAY







Customer called UPS in Singapore and refused to pay for the shipping of their order.  Customer had provided us with their shipping number specifically for the parcel to be shipped using their account number.  We never received payment from them.  UPS eventually sent Antona Corporation a refund to end the matter.  No further use of a customer shipping number, or 3rd party shipping number will be considered.
